The new Agie Advanced Power Generator (72 Amps) married with integrated tool changing capacity and fully integrated "C" Axis allows for long hours of continuous burning of  complex geometry as well as exotic materials such as carbide and ceramics.

The Okuma Captain L370MW is a high speed, multifunction machine. The sub-spindle and live tooling means integral secondary machining functions such as milling, drilling and synchronized tapping with both main and sub spindles being controlled as a rotary table. This high production machine provides single part handling with high accuracy and a reduction in part cost to our customer. The new FMB bar feeder  allows us to run 24 hours a day (lights out) reducing the part cost even more.

Axis CNC control 2-axis simultaneous control. Grind up to 3 surfaces in a single set-up. Fully automatic grinding cycles include ROUGH, FINE & high productivity SHIFT-PLUNGE. Equipped with Precision servo Cross feed manual movement as little as 0.0001" EXB's overhead dresser lets us dress in Rough and Fine grinding cycle in different speeds.

With such options as thru the spindle coolant, 24 tool turret, and chilled ball lead screws, the Fadal 4525 allows us to provide faster and more accurate precision machined parts, mold cavities and die segments. The Fadal 4525 also has increased our milling capacities to 45" in the "X" axis and 25" in the "Y" Axis. The chilled ball lead screws allow us to hold tolerances of .00006.
