High torque spindle, 21 tool turret,  extended “Z” axis travel, and equipped with 4th Axis. The Fadal 4020 allows us to accommodate taller set-ups.

The box way construction allows for heavier depths of cut and better rigidity for finish machining.

Rotary 4th Axis allows us to machine complex parts in one operation, this also increases the quality while decreasing the manual handling.

Fanuc 1iA 5-Axis, Wire EDM

Our Wire EDM has a auto power recovery system, self cut and threading of wire, and a travel of 20.5 x 14.6 x 12. 5 axis simultaneous cutting allows us to machine complex shapes. Submerged machining allows for quicker edge starts. It also insures dimensional stability and minimal thermal expansion.

Agie Spirit, Sinker (plunge) EDM

The Okamoto DX model surface grinder is made of double “V” construction compared to conventional surface grinders with one “V” and a flat. Grinding time is minimized with automatic cycles for rough\finish grind and sparkout in 1 setup. Maximum travels are X37.5 x Y17.5 x Z20.0.

The Okamoto EXB Model surface grinder also has double “V” construction. This grinder is programmable using a 2 axis FANUC controller. Several levels can be ground in one setup and automatic wheel dressing and compensation insures accuracy and repeability.

Mori Seiki NL2500SY Turning Center

The Mori Seiki NL2500SY is an advanced mill\turn center with 7.5 HP live tools, “Y” axis and sub spindle.  We can handle complex parts in one setup which reduces the cost to you and decreases turn around time.

With options such as thru the spindle coolant, 24 tool turret, and chilled ball lead screws, the Fadal 4525 allows us to provide faster and more accurate precision machined parts, mold cavities and die segments. The Fadal 4525 also has increased our milling capacities to 45" in the "X" axis and 25" in the "Y" Axis. The chilled ball lead screws allow us to hold tolerances of .00006.

The new Agie Advanced Power Generator (72 Amps) married with integrated tool changing capacity and fully integrated "C" Axis allows for long hours of continuous burning of  complex geometry as well as exotic materials such as carbide and ceramics.
