With options such as thru the spindle coolant, 24 tool turret, and chilled ball lead screws, the Fadal 4525 allows us to provide faster and more accurate precision machined parts, mold cavities and die segments. The Fadal 4525 also has increased our milling capacities to 45" in the "X" axis and 25" in the "Y" Axis. The chilled ball lead screws allow us to hold tolerances of .00006.

Mori Seiki NL2500SY Turning Center    NEW 2007

The Mori Seiki NL2500SY is an advanced mill\turn center with 7.5 HP live tools, “Y” axis and sub spindle.  We can handle complex parts in one setup which reduces the cost to you and decreases turn around time. We have an FMB 4’ barfeeder and a custom built Conveyor with a pick and place parts unloader for hours of “lights out “ Operation.

T21iFla Fanuc Robodrill  High Speed Machining Center

With pallet changer.

   The Fanuc Robodrill is a 30 taper machining center with a 24000 rpm spindle offering milling capability only thought of in 40 taper machines.

   The Fanuc 31-iA5 control offers 5 axis and high speed capabilities that allow us to machine mold core and cavity details much faster, decreasing cost and deliver times to our customers.  The Robodrill also has a 2 pallet pallet changer allowing for continuous spindle time on production jobs. Other features include Laser tool pre-setter, 21 tool turret and mist separator.

Zeiss  Vista Coordinate Measuring Machine   NEW 2005

The Zeiss Vista CMM is key to our quality system. It is quickly programmed to provide in process inspection throughout the course of a production run. Reports are easily customized and stored on the system. Retrieving a program every time a part is ran is a real advantage of the Calipso software.

The new Agie Advanced Power Generator (72 Amps) married with integrated tool changing capacity and fully integrated "C" Axis allows for long hours of continuous burning of  complex geometry as well as exotic materials such as carbide and ceramics.
